Hướng dẫn ISO Guide 82:2014 "Hướng dẫn đề cập sự bền vững trong tiêu chuẩn (Guidelines for addressing sustainability in standards)" cung cấp hướng dẫn cho những người biên soạn tiêu chuẩn cách thức đề cập khía cạnh bền vững trong dự thảo, sửa đổi và cập nhật Tiêu chuẩn quốc tế ISO, tiêu chuẩn quốc gia, tiêu chuẩn nước ngoài và các tài liệu khác.

Hướng dẫn này của ISO đưa ra một phương pháp luận để các nhà biên soạn tiêu chuẩn có thể phát triển chính cách tiếp cận của mình để đưa nội dung "bền vững" vào từng lĩnh vực, đối tượng cụ thể của tiêu chuẩn.
