The document specifies the requirements for factory made products of polyurethane rigid foam with or without facings or coatings. The products are manufactured in the form of boards and are used for the thermal insulation of buildings. Products covered by this document are also used in prefabricated thermal insulation systems and composite panels. The document describes the respective product characteristics and includes the procedures for testing. It also specifies the classification and designation, the evaluation of conformity, the marking and labelling and the determination of the declared values and the minimum testing frequencies of the factory production control and the determination of the aged value of thermal properties. Mandated classes are only given for "reaction to fire".
