Applies to the radiation of electromagnetic energy which may cause interference to radio reception and which is emitted from vehicles propelled by an internal combustion engine, electrical means or both as well as from motor boats propelled by an internal combustion engine, electrical means or both or from machinery equipped with spark-ignited internal combustion engines. Does not apply to aircraft, railway traction systems or to incomplete vehicles.
