This standard applies to the testing of fire behavior and stability of shape of insulating materials, factory produced insulating slabs and factory premixed insulating compounds. As an addition to the technical building regulations for testing the usability this standard contains regulations for the control of the permanent manufacturing of the insulating layer in accordance with the regulations for three-layered chimneys with movable inner-layer.
