Adds after Appendix B the new Appendix C: Example of a test equipment for the periodic pulse high-voltage overload test. Replaces parts of the existing text of the Sub-clauses 2.2.18, 4.24.2.1, 4.25.1.3 and 4.25.2.3 by new texts.
