Refers to the index as a measure of the resistance to oxidation where a high resistance to oxidation results in a high value of the index. Specifies principle, apparatus, procedure and the calculation of the result. The PRI is the ratio of the rapid plasticity numbers after and bevor heating multiplied by 100. - Replaces the first edition (ISO 2930-1975).
