This document contains provisions for actions due to snow induced on structures. The basis for analysis of snow loads in the snow measured on the ground with a return period of 50 years of snow maximum. Since for time being no harmonized sbow load map for Europe is available the provisions for the particular members of CEN are compiled in an annex. The elaboration of a harmonized European snow load map is forseen.
