This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (ISO 4997:1978). Cold-reduced steel sheet is commonly produced in thicknesses from 0,36 mm to less than 3 mm, and in widths of 600 mm and over in coils and cut lengths. Contains normative references, definitions, conditions of manufacture, dimensional tolerances, sampling, mechanical property tests, retests, resubmission, workmanship, inspection and acceptance, coil size, marking, information to be supplied by the purchaser.
