This standard contains the German version of the European Standard EN 50371 with requirements for the to demonstration of the compliance with the basic restrictions (power density, specific absorption rate or specific energy absorption) given in the Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC for the safety of persons in electromagnetic fields in the frequency range 10 MHz bis 300 GHz from low power electronic and electrical apparatus for which no dedicated product or product family standard regarding human exposure to electromagnetic fields applies. The standard only relates to the protection of persons in the general public. In addition to the necessary definitions and the compliance criteria requirements for the assessment report are given.
