Outside compensated flow- and temperature controls in central heating systems are prescribed according to paragraph 7 (1) of the regulation about energy-saving requirements for heating systems and water heating systems (heating systems regulation - HeizAnlV). In the opinion of the experts of the committee concerned, the requirements of the regulation are fulfilled by the controls of this standard.
