Is intended to provide guidance for presenting data necessary to distinguish the reliability characteristics of a component. The data may be that relating to failures and failure rates or it may be data on changes or drift of characteristics. This information will be obtained from reliability tests made on the electronic components in laboratories and should be presented as indicated herein.
