This part of the standard deals with the design, execution and fitting-out of accessible flats, buildings with flats and the outside areas and facilities used by residents. The requirements for the internal structure of buildings with flats include the need for full wheelchair accessibility. A distinction is made between - accessible flats and - accessible flats that are fully wheelchair accessible.
