Establishes a system for qualification and certification of personnel performing industrial non-destructive testing using any of the following methods: eddy-current testing, liquid-penetrant testing, magnetic testing, radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing. The system described may also apply to visual inspection, leak testing, neutron radiography, acoustic emission and other methods where national certification programmes exist.
