The test methods described in this part of ISO 105 are intended to reflect the effect of comprehensive laundering, as distinct from the washing test methods given in ISO 105-C01 to C05. Specimens are laundered under appropriate conditions of temperature, alkalinity, bleaching and abrasive action such that the result is obtained in conveniently short time.
