Extends the scope by d.c. electrical installations supplied at a nominal voltage up to and including 1500 V. Adds a new clause 4: D.c. voltage bands. Gives for earthed systems the values of voltages between pole and earth and between poles. Specifies for isolated or not effectively earthed systems the values of the voltages between the poles. Lays down a classification according these values, which does not exclude the possibility of introducing intermediate limits for some particular rules.
