Amends the title of Part 5 as follows: "Part 5: Specification for single and double sided rigid printed boards with plated-through holes". Adds in table I after the last item on pages 13 and 15 a new text with regard to solder resist. Transfers to table I, on page 15, after the new item "Solder resist conditioning", the whole text of the item "Change in resistance of plated-through holes".
