Gives combined tests with dry heat and low air pressure for both heat-dissipating and non-heat-dissipating specimens. Determines the suitability of components and equipment to be stored and used under a simultaneous combination of low temperature and low air pressure. The procedures given are limited to specimens, which achieve temperature stability during the test procedure. Includes a general description of the test, a description of the test apparatus, severities, preconditioning, initial measurements conditioning, intermediate measurements, recovery, final measurements and information to be given in the relevant specification.
