Specifies the requirements for the laboratory testing of the volume resistivity of specially prepared test pieces rendered conducting or antistatic by the inclusion of carbon black. The test is limited to a minimum value of the resistivity. Two figures show the test circuit and the potentiometric electrodes in a diagram. The annex gives the description and operation of a suitable electrometer.
