Applicable to convertor connections of diode and thyristor stacks and assemblies for convertor equipment covered by IEC Publication 146. Specifies a logical system for the identification of the connection of the principal arms and the most important auxiliary arms, if any, in a valve device stack or assembly by a sequence of code letters and figures, containing all the necessary information on the structure of the connection under consideration.
