Replaces the existing title page, pages 2 and 3 and pages I-6 to I-8 by a new title page, the new pages 2 and 3 and I-6 to I-8. Removes the existing list of lamp data sheets and inserts a new list of lamp data sheets. Removes some existing lamp data sheets and inserts in their place new sheets. Replaces pages IV-4, V-1 to V-4 and VI-1 to VI-9 by the new pages IV-4, V-1 to V-6 and VI-1 to VI-9.
