Specifies the characteristics of seven-core cables of types A and B, used for electrical connections between towing and towed vehicles. Applies to cables for connection with plugs of types 24 N or 12 N (cable type A) and 24 S or 12 S (cable type B), which are specified in ISO 1185, ISO 1724, ISO 3731 and 3732 respectively. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition.
