Amends the title of Part 4 as follow: "Part 4: Specification for single and double sided rigid printed boards with plain holes". Adds to table I a fifth item with regard to solder resist, solder resist conditioning and adhesion of solder resist. Adds to table II a second item with regard to thickness of solder resist. Inserts after the heading "Frequency drift" a new heading "Mechanical tests" with a new item.
