Is not applicable to certain electrical insulating and tissue papers, for which different conditions apply. Methods used include exposure to heat, visible and ultra-violet light and suphur dioxide gas. ISO 5630/2 and ISO 5630/3 will detail methods of accelerating the ageing of paper and board under low relative humidity conditions and under high relative humidity conditions, respectively.
