Adds two new publications to the list of IEC publications, text to clause 4 (General notes on tests) and subclause 6.1 (Mandatory markings), and a new clause 11 (High-voltage impulse testing), renumbers the existing clauses 11 to 16 as 12 to 17, replaces the text of clause 15 (Creepage distances and clearances), adds new annexes E (Explanation to ballast temperatures) and F (Method for selection of varistors) and new figures 5, 6 and 7.
