Is applicable for grain oriented magnetic sheet for magnetic flux densities between 1 and 1.8 T and to non-oriented magnetic sheet for magnetic flux densities between 0.8 and 1.5, at power frequencies. The method of measurement shall be considered only as a complementary method to the Epstein frame method. Describes the general principles and the recommended test apparatus.
