The document contains data for use in the assessment of vibrations which act upon people in buildings in the frequency range 1 - 80 Hz. With the aid of the evaluation procedure as described, all periodic and non-periodic vibrations can be assessed. Rules and direction are given for the appropriate consideration of protection against vibrations within the overall framework of protection against pollution. The document does not contain any reference values for vibrations caused by sites.
