Amends IEC 189-1 by deleting a part of the title of sub-clause 3.4.2 and modifying the third paragraph relating to the stripping of conductors, giving now additional information as to this operation. All other paragraphs remain unchanged. In clause 4.7 reading "Solder test on tinned conductors" a new text is added as penultimate paragraph.
