Defines a sampling plan for the control of quantities of solid fertilizer not more than 250 t. Applies to all solid fertilizers which may be in bulk or in packages (bags). The general plan includes five operations: determination of the number of sampling units, designation of the sampling units, taking increments from the sampling units, preparation of the aggregate sample, preparation of the sampling report.
