This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (ISO 3084:1975), of which it constitutes a minor revision. Defines the sampling procedure by the stratified method, the systematic method and the two stage method. The methods may be applied approximately to time basis sampling where the variation of the flow of the ores is not so large.
