Gives guidance on the assessment of corrosion damage to electrotechnical equipment and systems from fire effluent and to building structures from fire effluent emitted by electrotechnical equipment and systems. Defines the scope of the guidance and indicates the field of application. Evaluation of potential corrosion damage is particularly important for high value and safety-related electrotechnical products and installations.
