Amends clause 3: Test vessel (page 7 of IEC 74). A new form of test vessel is prescribed. This consits of a borosilicate or neutral glass test tube of 210 mm over-all length, provided with a B 24 cone. This test tube, as shown in a picture, is fitting with a Dechsel head to which is attached the inlet tube extending to the bottom and having its end ground at an angle of 60 degrees.
