The procedure is applicable to machine-made textile floor coverings with or without pile. Procedures are given for the selection of a sample and for the selection of specimens in such a way that they are as representative of the bulk as possible. - Replaces the first edition (ISO 1957-1973) the sub-clause 3.6 of which has been technically revised.
