This amendment incorporates Amendment No. 1 (1988). Replaces the existing Sub-clause 9.1.1 by a new text which deals with tests for determining the tensile strength and elongation at break of the insulating material. Supersedes the former text of Sub-clause 9.1.4 c) dealing with determination of cross-sectional area before ageing treatment by a new one.
