Amends the PREFACE, subclauses 3.2, 4.5, 6.2, 6.5, 7.5, 7.8, 7.9, 7.10, 8.3, 9.1, 9.3.1, 9.4.2, 9.4.3, 9.4.4, 11.1, 11.2, table IV in clause 6, tables VII and VIII in subclause 7.1, replaces subclauses 4.2, 7.1, 10.4, adds a note to subclause 9.2.2, appendix D (Equations for design-goal frequency weightings), deletes subclause 6.6 and renumbers subclauses 6.7 and 6.8 as 6.6 and 6.7, deletes subclauses 6.9, 9.3.3.
