The standard comprises two sections: test for materials before cure (such as bulk density, pourability, particle size distribution, softening temperature, gel time) and tests for materials in the cured form (such as thickness, porosity, scratch hardness, mechanical properties, electrical properties, chemical resistance, thermal endurance and edge coverage).
