Applicable to three-phase and/or single-phase equipment used for type and acceptance testing of electrical energy meters of classes 0.5, 1 and 2. Gives units and definitions, specifies requirements of accuracy and describes the testing procedure and dielectric properties. Appendixes give notes concerning testing equipment, error definitions, basic quantities, accuracy and error determination and guidelines for the initial checking of a new meter testing equipment.
