Describes the measurement methods for chrominance amplitude frequency response, chrominance signal-to-noise ratio, luminance-to-chrominance crosstalk, chrominance-to-luminance crosstalk, chrominance-to-luminance displacement. Because of the frequency modulation used in the SECAM system, special methods of measurement are required for testing the chrominance performance.
