Constitutes a guide to defining testing methods for X-rays and gamma rays with energies below or equal to 3 MeV. Describes a large number of tests from which the tests applicable to a specific type can be selected. The tests are designed to be carried out in the dosimeter equipped with the operating accessories specified by the manufacturer. Each method can be read on its own, independently of others. Interpretation of the test results is not dealt with.
