Contains requirements which shall be observed in addition to those of Chapter 42 for installations in locations, where the conditions of external influences BD 2, BD 3 and BD 4 according to Clause 332.4 exist. Deals mainly with the conditions of evacuation in an emergency and the nature of processed or stored materials. Lays down, that the conditions BD may be regulated by authories responsible for building construction, public gathering and fire prevention.
