Specifies a method of exposing test specimens of plastic materials free from all external restraint, to liquid chemicals, and methods for the determination of changes in mass, dimensions, appearance and drying. The choice of test conditions and of the properties, in which changes are to be measured, depends on the intended application of the plastic under test. Annex A provides details of laboratory chemicals and miscellaneous products, which may be used as test liquids.
