Replaces the text of the Sub-clause 7.2 "Current-carrying capacity" by a new text. Gives information to heat dissipation on single external layers and two or more layers. Replaces the text of the Sub-clause 9.1 "Soldering" by a new text. Adds a new Sub-clause 9.3 "Flammability". Contains information to aspects for the design of printed boards with respect to fire risk and for flammability testing.
