Consists of two sections, the first deals with test methods for varnishes as supplied: Density, viscosity, non volatile matter, drying time of thin films, flash point, dilution ability, and chemical stability. The second section deals with test methods for varnishes in the cured form: Flexibily tests, bond strength, effect of water immersion on electrical properties and resistance to tracking.
