Give requirements for properties of base materials of defined flammability for use in the fabrication of multilayer printed board. Laminated sheets have thicknesses not greater than 0.8 mm. Specifies the requirements for material and construction, internal marking, electrical and non-electrical properties of the copper-clad sheet, non-electrical properties of the base material after complete removal of the copper foil, packaging, marking and acceptance testing.
