Applicable to the measurement of direct voltages, alternating voltages, impulse voltages, impulse currents and to measuring errors. Provides information on both the equipment used for these measurements and the statistical evaluation of measuring errors. Appendix A deals with resistor dividers while the mathematical basis for response time T is indicated in Appendix B. Appendix C details a procedure to determine if oscillations are present across the test object.
