Describes the calibration for microphones used as laboratory standards. Is restricted to reciprocity pressure calibration by the coupler method. Specifies procedures of measuring certain characteristics with the highest obtainable accuracy so that exchanges between testing authorities may be based on clearly expressed and reproducible results. Although the pressure calibration of such microphones is a problem of general nature, the calibration is restricted to these microphones.
