Covers procedures for the determination of volume and surface resistance and for calculations of volume and surface resistivity. Both resistance tests are affected by magnitude and time of voltage application, the nature and geometry of electrodes, and the temperature and humidity of the ambient atmosphere and of the specimens during conditioning and measurements. Recommendations are made for these factors.
