This European Standard gives a definition and classification for cement-bonded particleboards. Particleboards manufactured with organic binders, or particleboard manufactured with a gypsum binder are not included. NOTE: Particleboards manufactured with organic binders are defined and classified in EN 309:1992, Particleboards - Definition and classification.
