Metallic roofs can be used as natural components of a lightning protection system. This supplement provides details for the usage of metallic roofs as natural components of a lightning protection system and supplements the executions of DIN EN 62305-3 (VDE 0185-305-3), subclauses 5.1.3 and E.5.2.5. Application of this supplement has to be agreed by the contractors.
