Applies to connecting devices with screw-type clamping units primarily suitable for the connection of two or more unprepared rigid (solid or stranded) or flexible electrical copper conductors, having a cross-sectional area of 0,5 mm up to and including 35 mm and equivalent AWG conductors with a rated voltage not exceeding 1000 V alternating current up to and including 1000 Hz and 1500 V direct current where electrical energy is used for household and similar purposes.
