Esablishes quidelines for the documentation of computer-based application systems and includes checklists for supporting effective activities during the system life cycle. The quidelines serve for obtaining the needed commitment of the parties involved in developing computer-based information systems, for producing standardized system documentation and for elaborating system documentation in parallel with the system development.
